Secon Hunt With The Racer

With this type of hunting I found the Racer better then the Deus..First the coil does better on the racer then the deus on over grown grass. It is heaver so it stays down and it has more of an air gap. The deus is light but bounces more with this type of hunting. I like the overload also on the racer for this type of hunting....So I'm becoming a fan of the racer and will use it and never worry I'm missing targets. The area I was hunting had three rock homesteads on it and this is about 1/20 of all of the land...but no small coins buttons or coins. The ground is getting harder and the grass is turning to weeds.

I hunt a couple of old homesites and I also like the overload for this type of hunting. lots of interesting medium to large iron objects.

you got some good things in the grand in that spot
