Here is the results from my Club Hunt. This was a Seeded Hunt and it cost $50.00 to get into it. It was as always, a fun time and thanks to all the members who did their part in food preparations, coin burying, and raffles. And thanks to all that attended this great outing. We first had a Dollar Dance Hunt. Clad Dollars and Halves. My take were 18 Eisenhower Dollars, 1 Susan B. Anthony Dollar, 7 Sacagawea Dollars, 5 John Adams Dollars, and 10 Kennedy Halves. Total=$36.00. The next hunt was the Free Hunt. Lots of Tokens were buried for this Hunt and were good for envelopes that contained COLD HARD CASH in them. Anywheres from $1 to $15 per envelope. Also painted Tokens were buried, which was good for a very nice Morgan Dollar. There was also a Gold 2 1/2 Peso buried with another Coin in the field. Congrats to Mark Albrecht that was the lucky one to find the Gold!
As for the Painted Tokens, I didn't find one. I retrieved 17 Tokens and got my 17 Random envelopes to see how much CASH I would get. I was lucky to get 1 envelope with $15 in it and another with a $5 Bill in it. The rest were $1 Bill's but after opening all the envelopes, I had a total of $49.00. Dollar short on making my Hunt Fee back! There won't be a Pic of this since there are WAAAY to many $1 Bill's. I really liked this Hunt and I hope the Club does this again in a future Hunt. The last Hunt was the Silver Hunt. I did alright but as always, one would like to get more but it just depends how quick you are in retrieving them. Here are the Silver Coins I got from this Hunt. 2 Franklin Halves (1 came from a Raffle), 5 Washington Quarters, 1 Canadian Quarter, 6 Mercury Dimes, and 22 Roosevelt Dimes. Total Silver Coins=36. Just more Silver to add to the Hoard I already have from past Hunts. Hope you enjoy the Pics and Good Luck and HH to you all. Thanks for looking!
