From what I have read here, it seems that the Goldquest is as good as it gets. How does the Fisher Impulse measure up in performance and sensitivity
to small gold rings on salt water beaches. What variable controls does it have? <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
Thanks in advance..RonL(Edm)

The Fisher Impulse is no longer being manufactured.
It's sensitivity is not like the Goldquest, although the unit does work fine. It's a manualy tuned unit without SAT. More at home I suspect being used for diving.
