Seen Dr. today-NO April Fools joke on this one.............

..............I had to go to my regular Dr. for surgery clearance today,and asked him about M/C riding after surgery.He started shaking his head even before the question was out of my mouth-"Sorry,Steve-You're DONE m/c riding for good"-Then explained that because of this degenerative disc disease I got,"If you get on a M/C-and have ANY kind of accident-The chance of it crippling you is almost 100%"...........OH,WELL-ANYHOO:My surgeon's office called me today,with a time for the hangman-I MEAN SURGERY: 8:00AM,4/13.....................HEY!!!-I wonder if they will let me take my 6-string in to the hospital with me??? I could entertain them pretty nurses with my newest song Im working on-Its about a picnic after Church on Sunday,a funny kinda song.Think I will call the Dr's office,and see............like they would REALLY let me do that.........

Most likely the hospital management would be worried about someone stealing your expensive guitar and don't want to even think about being responsible....but you could play a CD or Cassette Tape of the song and if your player is stolen, it won't be such a loss for you! Believe me there are plenty of thieves and nurses even lock the drawers in the rooms of their patients! Sad, sad world we live in for sure! We all need Jesus as our own personal Savior! Amen!
