Yes, the At Pro used by Bill, and the Gold stinger was used by Howard in the second episode.

Me too!! The one guy sounded like Edith Bunker, made my ears hurt....Maybe one day someone will put on a serious detecting show...

I think that the "TV Guru's" who put out these types of shows feel that if the people on the show aren't "yuking it up" or just plain "acting odd" that nobody will watch. I agree with BigCatDaddy and would like to see a serious effort on this. Maybe even something educational showing basic techniques, etc would be nice for a change. Although it would be nice to have permission to hunt some of the places they get to go.

Looked like Laurel & Hardy. Like two idiots with their first detector. Like the rest of you, would like a really good metal detecting show. Not trying to sell everything they find. I would bet Bill Ladd still has about everything he ever found......Jack

yea i was surprised by the title change then no ringy and king george but bill and howard ive watched these two onyou tube for quiet awhile but surprised to see them on tv i quess i,ll hve to start making utube videos .maybe i,ll get better places to hunt. chicago ron did it on dig wars which to me was a fun show all much better the rick savage,s crap .just my thoughts on this now to go find some roundness in the hole lol have fun diggin guys and gals

Definately a pair of clowns making fools of themselves and metal detecting in general.
This hobby does not need dipsticks like those two giving non detectorists an image of metal detectorists being blithering nincompoops.
I they want to be remembered then better to be remembered as inteligent than to be remembered as a dolt.

[size=large]Was wondering how to describe what little I was able then read the other comments and figured it was all covered pretty well by the others. Two thumps down.
