Settings for recently lost platinum ring

Hi Everyone,
I was hunting a park the other day and a ranger told me where a lady lost her diamond ring a few months ago. I’m guessing it’s either platinum or white gold. It’s a big area to search but I hunted it running the Siffter program. I’d like to set up the Deus to not go too deep (I’m thinking no deeper than 6”), and only be in the range for gold, platinum, nickels, and aluminum. I was digging the foil on my last hunt put if I can skip that it would make my search more efficient. I set up a program where I botched out everything below 45 and above 77. If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated. I’m headed back there tomorrow at 6AM! Thanks!

Normalized? or not? Makes a big difference.

Normalized. But it doesn’t matter as much now, a different ranger at the park told me no hunting there because it’s a historical state park. He was nice about it but it hurt to look out into that grass and know there was a ring waiting to be found. Thanks for the 62 reading of your wife’s ring.
