Sherry Update - Still in loads of pain and in need of sleep

Pete in MI

New member
The surgeon said she could go home today....if she felt up to it. Doesn't sound like it will happen today. I am thinking of surprising her when she does come home (she is staying down state for awhile to mend - giving me time to do things around here that need to be done). Want her to come home to Christmas lights on the house. She loves winter and especially seeing the white snow and the Christmas lights and our scene of Santa kneeling at the feet of Baby Jesus. (This year I want the Baby Jesus to be replaced by a White Cross!) So I have the weekend to get this done,

Thanks for the prayers everyone.

Dear Lord, please move upon Sherry and lessen the pain of the surgery and help her to be able to go home to her sister's place and then to her and Pete's home! May You make her well and whole completely and quickly in Jesus' name I pray! Amen!

Hi Pete, I am sure that Sherry will be soooo happy to be home and to see all the beautiful lights, as they say, Leave a light in the window and welcome them home like the night Jesus was born a Star in the Eastern Sky welcomed the world to come and see their new born Savior!! The White Cross sounds good, but I still would have baby Jesus by it and Santa kneeling in front of both! It is your choice though and what you think is best for Sherry is great....don't know what she would say about not having baby Jesus and you most likely do......May God Bless you both, Casey and Leelan all be together for Christmas and may it be White and Bright in the glory of our Lord and show Leelan what Christmas is really about! Amen! Ma Betty
