short hunt before work pays off

I had one hour before I had to go to work. Decided to do a short hunt at a baseball field that I had searched a few times before. I wanted to search close to the chain link fence, so I grabbed the CZ3d because the 5 inch coil was already on it.
Nearing the time limit, I had .93 cents in my finds apron when I received a large hit on the CZ. Dug down about 2 inches and retrieved this very nice Sterling ring. I think the stone might be jasper. Went to work with a big smile on my face. GL & HH
