Short hunt with a whats it

Got out this evening and hit a small Ball field and for a hour and a half . Came out with 15 cents and a whats it . Not sure if this is some kind of ring or what it may be . I have never seen or dug anything like it before . Its light weight with some corrosion on it has no markings of any kind inside or out , Color is like aluminum flat grayest color not shinny . Finger size fits on my four figure ok but pretty wide .
If anyone has a idea what it is let me know if you don't mind .

I would say it a Hair Bonnet-- that would fit around a Pony Tail, they are pretty heavy and will slip off easy. goldnugget-Charlotte.N.C.

I have seen similar rings but that one is kind of large....so My thought may be a scarf ring or napkin ring?? No science was harmed during the making of this assumption.
