Short hunt with possible baggage tag

I had an hour and a half to today to get a quick hunt in. I managed to get eight memorials,five wheats , a Buffalo which I might be able to pull a date from, and what I thought was a watch fob or dog tag. I posted on another forum and was told it may be a baggage tag (which I'm also thinking now).
 
Hello, when there is a box for keys, there are many, often have a pendant with a number to identify them, could this be?
