short hunt with the 705

Went out today for a short hunt at an old church i have hunted many times before. Found some clad, an old 1900's headstamp from a shotgun shell, a bullet, and my first barber dime. How deep was it? It was lying on the surface probably because of erosion from 5" of rain last week.

Hey! You found a Barber, and they only made those for 14yrs. They made Buffalos for 25, and Indian Heads for 50.
So trust me, you're on the right track, and I envision both of those firsts in your relatively near future. :cheers:
 
Nice find on the dime. My last Seated dime was a surface find as well. It happens.

You're right Bill. I knew that....brain fart on my part.
Still a shorter run than his other two quests, and that was the real point.
