Short hunt yields results.........

after work today I headed over to a house yard I had permission to hunt. Only found seven coins, but five were keepers with three of them silvers! A nice 1898 Barber Quarter, 1924-D Merc, 1943-S War Nickel, 1901 Injun, and a 1929 Wheatie. I only hunted a small portion of the yard and probably won't go back until we have some rain...................it's been bone dry up here in NE Iowa, plus above average temps for this time of the year, and the ground in this yard was just like concrete!!!
