Sidewalk strips #5

steve in so la

Well-known member
Got out again real early and worked some more strips in the older part of town. Dug 111 coins, including a 1902 Barber dime, wheats 1952 and 1920.

Good thing I'm keeping track of where I have been as I would never remember - there's so many places to do. steve in so az

Awesome, Steve! Wow...a Barber and two Wheat's. When the humidity finally dies down around here, I think I'll do some strips too.

so are we with 100+ temps for 5 days running! Glad you are still digging old silver buddy!

Keep up those sidewalk strip hunting trips as they are producing some super finds! Thanks for sharing - Jim

A 1902 it think you may have some more keepers out there congrats Steve!

Nice finds Steve!!! I don't know how you do it in the heat! Had to be at least 100 here in Tennessee... fortunately, not too humid but pretty uncomfortable. Tried to find my friend's neighbor's property marker this morning and, after about 20 minutes, I was completely soaked :) (and didn't find it; don't think they had one).
