silver bracelet id

New member
Ok I'm off tonight to try and locate a silver bracelet for a lady. As I'm new to this etrac, what id should I be looking for and tricks for hunting surface finds. Should I turn the sensitivity way down for instance?

thanks

Depending on size surface finds may "scream" in pinpoint mode and also you'll get 3 to 4 "beeps" per one way swing on a surface target.

yes you re right -sensitivity down,till5 manual and keep coil close to the ground, with lower sensitivity you will cover quickly big surface. plus when you will found bracelet- put it in your pocket and say sorry dont find-after women will get disappointed show it  you will make her twice happier. good luck

Ha, now that would be a little mean, well i got there last night to have a look, found out it was a gold bangle, which had fallen off a baby during a photo shoot... the "small" area had turned into something rather larger.. there is an area under some trees which I will focus on tonight.. the problem is this area, which is covered with dead leaves.. perfect for hiding a gold bangle is also hiding millions of tinfoil bottle caps, canslaw and the other usual stuff... all sitting on the surface.. so my simple rush around and find, has turned into a bit of a mission.. oh well , will give it a good shot/
