Silver coin finds with my F2

Here are some of the silver coins I found with my Fisher F2, I also found lots in clad. I really like the machine but I think I'm ready to move to a more powerful one. The F2 is a little "chattery". But it was always correct when reading silver coins.

Excellent outing.. Welcome to the Forum !!

Bet you have a hot F2. They are great finds but sift through the light chatty noise and you are running with the deepest vlf machines.

Nothing to complain about there...nice finds and welcome:clapping:....hh rick in mi.

after that super hunt why would you want to give up the F2?

Thanks! I do like the F2 but I feel I could go back over the same areas with something like a Garret AT Pro and find more. The Fisher will sometimes indicate a silver reading, but it's really a penny or a large aluminum can. It can get frustrating. Plus I hear a machine like the Garret can detect finds a at at more depth that the Fisher. I'll hold on to the Fisher because it is overall easy to use and if someone want to detect w/me, then I'll have an extra. Now to find new place to detect! Ever the the challenge! :)

caslon - all detectors will be "fooled" to some degree. If you are after more depth consider looking at the Fisher F75 LTD detector. Good luck in your decision and in the field - Jim
