Silver earring, junk, beavertails and clad....

Not a bad day on a freshwater beach here in middle Ga. Used the Deus. We did a test with the Deus while there. We buried a gold wedding band attached to a string 12 inches deep in the sand, then a small small silver ring about 6 inches. Both of us use Deus's.

Jack, I found a small earring similar to yours. It rang up with a VDI of 55 at 18KHz. I thought it was white gold until I got it home and saw .925 stamped on it.
The clasp was closed and it gave me a good hit from all sides. Lowest VDI I've seen silver come in at.

Nice finds Jack, thanks for posting the tabs and showing the truth about our hobby.
Bystanders must think I'm rich when I walk off the field..(if they only knew how many pull tabs. pieces of can slaw/foil, and crown caps I had in my pouch).

Nice jewelry finds. How did your ring test go?
The gold ring at 12 inches was a solid excellent signal. When you lowered the ground balance it pounded the ring and you could raise the coil off the ground and still nail it. The very small really small silver ring it would hit on at 6 inches. I'd dig it but my buddy said he wouldn't. I dig every pop and crackle and chirp that is conductive. Killer machine that had yet to be discovered at the beach if you ask me. We'll have to do a video for the nay sayers. Puts my GT to shame....... So I sold it.
