Silver found in 2007. All 323 pieces! Enjoy!:bouncy:

is that you found 10 standing liberty quarters! I don't think I've found 10 in 10 years! Congratulations!

Big silver, seated, and barbers are my favorite stuff to find. Did you find all the half's in parks or private homes? Maybe both.
I am planning a trip back east in 2008 to metal detect, I will be sure to avoid the Dakotas as there is nothing left.

A couple Halves came from Parks. The others were from other locations. There are still Silver to be had in the Dakota's but it takes some time to find the spots. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year's. Good Luck and HH in 2008!

I just love chasing down History and finding what others lost so long ago. It's really fun when you start digging High Grade Coins, then you know about the time frame that the Coins were lost in and get an idea on just how Old the Site is if I already don't know this before I start hunting. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year's AU MARC! Good Luck and HH in 2008!:detecting:

Usually, I may find 4 or 5 during a Season but 10, now that was something that doesn't happen. Just wish more of them had Date's on them, but I'll take what I can find. Hope to keep pulling that Silver by the hand full's in 2008. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year's NealNoIn. Good Luck and HH in 2008.

Awesome haul James!!!

Looks like you may have cleaned out ND and may have to move down to SD, or maybe take a trip east to Mass and we can hook you up with the dates/types you aren't finding out there, like the Bust/Capped and some early Seated coins. On second thought, based on what I see you post- stay out there!!!!

Congrats on a GREAT year, Merry Christmas and here's hoping '08 is even better for you.

Jeff in Mass

Plenty of other sites to hit in ND still but do wish we had Capped Bust and more Seated Coins. Who Knows! May end up in your neck of the woods one day. Don't worry though, I will leave you guys some Silver to find after I leave. Thanks for the response and Good Luck and HH in 2008.:detecting:
