Silver in the crawl space

New job site today no permission YET but I found these things in the crawl space I'll be spending the next few days reframing. Not sure how old the spoon is but its stamped silver and I think the pipes are pretty old šŸ˜

The pipes are at least from the 1880s to early 1900 , The darker smaller bowled pipes are substantially older possibly early 1700s-early to mid 1800s. Or older. When was the house built , or was the another structure there sometime before ? Cool finds (y)
