Silver peacock

Mike from Chicago and I hit a couple old parks this morning, dug about 30 coins each, none old. I did get this silver peacock ring tho. It came from a long pile of dirt that the parks workers had dug to put in new water lines.

I think it's pretty old for 1: it looks old, 2: it is stamped the full name sterling, & 3: the dirt from the hole it came from was very deep down - not much else found except parts of an old thick coke bottle.

Also got someone's keys and a neat fob in a chip bark area we hit on the way home. Going out again tomorrow before Mike heads to Florida for a couple months. steve in so az

Yup that is an oldie! Congrats I like that one a lot!

I actually like that ring , but the real peacocks are annoying. Some of my neighbors have them and boy are they loud.
