Silver Thimble in my yard trying some new settings

Chiloquin

Got out today for about an hour in my yard. We have a 1902 house in the historic district of our town. I've been through my yard several times trying to pinch out anything left from the previous hunts. I was mainly trying a few new settings for my England program. Found the thimble in an area that was covered in weeds for the past year that I have avoided, both weeding and detecting. There are no maker's marks or "Sterling" written on it, but it produced a Sulfur smell with saliva and wrapped in Tin Foil. Decided to clean it up a bit with a light scrub with some baking soda and water. The Barber Dime was at the opposite end of the front yard by the front walkway to the sidewalk. Otherwise, the yard was quiet, but I'll take two Silvers in an hour any day.

Thanks for looking, GL and HH

Thanks Dan. I think I'll leave it alone as to not damage it any further. My wife loves it the way it is as well.
