silver/umax finds

Hi, I am hunting up in Culpeper Va this weekend at the relic rescue hunt. I thought I would try my new 10x12 concentric coil up there and really clean up, wrong it is totally useless up there. It signals on everything so that sucked, back to the truck, as I was changing the coil back to a 7in widescan I almost lost the plastic wing nut for the coil .

The 7 in widescan coil was working well there for me , I mostly ran in all metal with the sensitivity over 10 and it handled that dirt easily. I wonder how the 10x12 widescan coil would do there? Or maybe the 11 in wide scan coil? The land has been in corn and bean stalks. I did find a few keepers and my first piece of cut silver, hope to post more tomorrow and Sunday.

Nice relics, and I dig the cut Spanish silver:thumbup:

Man that is AWESOME....

I've dug 8 reales and 4's and 2's but never a cut.....Dang I want one!!

Now go find the other 3 parts!!!!!

Great job with the Silver bud. I know it would be tempting to try the other coils but the smaller ones are easier to manage as you weave in and out of the stalks with it
and those coils do get heavy trying to maneuver around and in between all that mess at different angles.

More Pics!!!!
