Hello all!

Yesterday was a wash... literally here in CT... the only thing I found was DUCKS having fun... It rained... and rained....

But today was another story :) 48 and windy to start the day... but with head phones on I barely noticed :)

About 30 minuted into the hunt I knew this signal was a wheat or a silver dime.... Out popped Mr. '51 Rosie...

Wheat Pennies were flowing... '48, '41, '44, '40, '54D, '51D, '42, '48, '46, '56, '56, and '56... << Those 12 put me @ 150 Wheats for the year...

I stopped for a quick soda and changed to a new spot on the field as I wanted at least one more silver for the day...

Within 5 feet of relocating on the field I had a nice quarter signal @ 5-6"...

Look like the mower got this one... 1942!

Wow .....only 30 days and you found...........an 18K Gold Wedding Band
4 Silver Rings ,13 silver Coin total, AND this is what gets me.........an 1835 Cornet Large Cent ? and an 1800 Bust L.C.?....I have never found even a Large cent.....
Can I come hunt with you ?......L.O.L.................Awsome Start Man......................My first 3 months with the E-Trac was almost miserable last year...My 2 hunting buddies were finding tons of wheat, lots of Indians, seated dimes, lots of mercs, and barber dimes, and valuable S.L.Q.'s,and Barb Q's,,,,,and I was finding an occasional merc or wheat or rosie...It was killing me and I was getting impatient....It took me longer to learn how to hunt with the E-Trac than any other machine I've Owned.(Mostly because I was used to swinging the [concentric coil] an inch off the ground Instead of on the ground.....and It took me a long time to get used to multi tones, and took a long time to trust what the E-Trac was telling me... Good thing my 2 hunting buddies supported me ,and showed me what they were doing..... I (Like You) am sure glad I made the switch...
Nice to see your post.......Look forward to seeing more from you, Dave...The 219erman
