Slipped out this evening and scrounged up a couple of bucks and a very unique ring..

When I dug the ring up, aside from the unusual design, I figured it to be just another Sterling Silver ring. When I got home I washed it off and saw the bold lettering inside the band, " Copyright 2003 Tiffany & Company." This immediately lifted it out of the realm of ordinary. I ain't never seen a copyrighted ring. Somebody unloaded some bucks for this puppy as Tiffany don't have any bargain basement specials.

That's a great find. I did a quick search of eBay for Tiffany Sterling Rings. Lots to choose from. My Mom tells a story about when she went to NYC for the first time and visited Tiffany and Co. She bought the cheapest thing in the store which turned out to be a 15 dollar silver key chain which was more than a days pay for her in 1960.

Yeah Tiffany doesn't deal in cheap. :) I imagine this ring ( since it's also copyrighted ) is worth a few bucks. I may write to Tiffany and see if I can get any info on it as I've never seen a ring that was copyrighted.
