Small Park Hunt with NebTrac

Tuesday NebTrac invited me out to hunt a small park. This was the first time I got to meet him in person and he is every bit as nice of a guy as everyone says he is.
In the two hours I hunted the park I was able to pull out two Indians and three silver including my first and second ever Barber Dimes (1905-s and 1899). The older one is my first silver before 1900.
I had a great time and enjoyed hunting with him. His E-Trac was down so he had to resort to his 1978 Radio Shack unit that runs off his truck battery. Nice to know my X-terra 305 can beat Radio Shack.
Pictures to follow. Had a great time and enjoyed his company on the hunt.

Bob's got it half right. I don't own a Radio Shack though. My E-Trac wasn't down but it just as well as been. If I had to title this post it would be How I was handed my E-Trac to me on a Silver Platter!!!:lmfao:

I ended up with 5 IH's and 11 wheats, but couldn't draw silver to save my life. Bob's a great guy and its a fun as usual to get to hunt with another detectorists that shares the same passion for the hobby as you do. We both just love to unearth and hold in our hands a coin that was dropped 100+ years ago.

Thanks for the memory Bob!!!

Now if I can just convince him that I "passed" over those signals so he would be overjoyed with the hunt. Keep him happy and comin' back ya know!
