Thank you WoofWoof and Diggler for calling attention to that. I had the same thought about that a few minutes after you posted,before I read your post. I went online to ask the same question.only to see you beat me to it by a couple of hours.
Plus is: when pinpointer is pressed- coil is off ,,pinpointer off -coil is on..
You can bet they are, and have been, working on that. Maybe the next version.
I hope they do come out with a pinpointer first,right away, without rumors of version 4 upgrade (if needed)afterwords.
Still very impressed with v2, eager to get v3 soon.HAPPY HUNTING,Sam in ms

. . . and the "wonder when the next product is going to be released" post appears . . . . . Remeber, XP does produce several other detectors besides the Deus . . . just not imported here in the US. They have other projects they are working on including accessories but remember, the Deus is not their only detector they build.
More is coming but the speculation posts were getting long in the tooth up until the V3.0 update was announced and released . . . . how about at least a week or two before we start down that road again?
