Theres this big expanse of grass between two schools. Lots of various field sports take place here. 116 coins, 9.20 in 3.5 hrs.
Just kept the F70 on "totlot mode" (53 sens, 1 disc, -3 thresh, DE mode, DP tones, 1 notch) and stabbed up every decent signal and a few weird ones..like a canadian nickle and a couple of tight spills and stacks. I'd make a pass down the length, find a lane of targets, stab 'em up, sweep my way back to the truck, dump 'em out, drink some coffee, and make another run. There was a penny on top of a Q that sounded just like a crown cap. Got a nice 3 Q, 1 D and 2 P's in a tight group. I left a hundred pennys there undug. Fellers, we dont hear too much about the F70 being a clad hog, but it IS! I bet this thing could out clad grab anything on the market! Nothing can escape the quick broom! Its a pleasure to run on the beach as well, comfortable, balanced, anywhere ground needs to be covered fast, wide swinging with the coil just floating above the grass, its so light and nimble.
