General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

This 5 kHz Advantage is in pristine (never used) condition. This package will include the blue box Advantage, the complete stock S rod assembly, a complete Minelab (made for a Sovereign GT) straight rod assembly set up for either the Advantage or a Sovereign, 4 lower rods (total), the new Minelab hip mount bag, the TS-1000 Slimline coil and cover, a TS-800 coil and cover, the TS-800 Slimline coil and cover, AA battery pack, the new Rechargeable battery pack and AC charger, the instruction manual and all the associated hardware shown in the pictures. This Advantage sold new for $700.00, not counting the $400 worth of extra lower rods, straight rod assembly, housing cover or the extra (brand new TS-800) coil that I am including. I
 
Interested in this detector, Is the battery pack replacable if it goes dead? and would you sell the detector without the straight rod set up, and only an extra bottom rod for the
extra coil. Not up on all these different rod configurations. Meaning, I am interested in the detector, coils, s rod assembly, cover, battery pack , as I'm not sure if
it operates with regular batteries. If it sounds like I am confusing you, I apologize.....thanks for your patience

Yes, if the replaceable pack runs out while you are hunting, you simply take out the rechargeable pack and snap in the AA pack that holds regular AA batteries. The battery packs are those two rectangular blue things near the center of the first and second pictures. And yes, I would sell the package without the straight rod. So you would get everything listed except for the GT straight rod assembly, which would include one lower rod. You would still get three lower rods for your three coils. To do this, I would take $425 shipped CONUS with insurance. HH Randy
