I dug this beauty in a CW campsite along with an eagle I, fired round ball, clasp and a whatszit. Can anyone id the brass whatzit? Thanks for looking and HH!

Nice cent and other finds there Bud!! The brass piece looks like a part from a sprayer or hydraulic unit

great hunt, mike! i wish i could find a dated large cent! it looks like a .44 ball. nice button too. theyr'e getting hard to find. i've seen the brass whatzit before, a friend found a similar one many years ago, and we still don't know what it is. thanks, and hh!
