Some Gold, Some Bling and Cha Ching

Hey all...headed out to the lake this weekend and found 2 and a half rings! One is broke in half (never did find the other piece of it). The one with the 'stone' is cheap...maybe gold plated but doubt it and I'm not sure what the stone is although it is NOT a diamond as I tested it. The gold ring appears to have been sized right where the gold stamp was...I can barely make out the "k" so I will have to take it in to have it tested. So 3 times at this lake and 3 and 1/2 rings all together. Cant wait to get out a bit deeper. The bad part is that the ATP sprung a leak....looks like the water got in through the faceplate as I checked and rechecked all connections before submerging it. The deepest I've had it submerged is like 6 inches. Kinda bummed that she sprang a leak because I don't want to be without it. Kinda wait and see if it dries out or gives me problems before sending in. Enjoy and happy hunting

I feel your pain!! Mine leaked yesterday and is in the mail today, headed for Garrett. If it leaked once, it'll do it again till you get in into the Garrett Hospital. Water and electronics do not mix. If you can't open it up, it won't dry out. Great finds on the rings, excellent scoopage!!
