Hey everyone. This is a little off topic, but I thought I'd bring it up here as some of you may want to look into it. Then again, I'm sure a few of you out there already use them. Anyhow, I am in the army and found that a few pieces of my issued kit come in very handy for detecting. I have used them in the past for my hikes and searches for native american artifacts. The are great for detecting as well. I have a great little canvas shoulder bag which it loaded with pockets, holsters, etc to hold all your digging tools, probes, finds, trash, etc. The most handy thing I have here is a great camelback water pack. Wow is this a handy piece of gear for your trips to the fields etc. Nothing like drinking water on the fly and not having to stop to get out your bottle. Not to mention you don't have to lug a canteen or bottle around. Both of these items can be found at most army surplus stores. The camelback can be bought at outdoors shops as well I believe. I've attached a link with some pics if you're curious to see them. There are all kinds.
