Some Keepers.....

New member
I found most of this within 10 feet of old stump area that I remembered in one of our old ghetto parks. I had previously hunted this area to death with my standard coil. This little six inch coil sure does get my vote. Too bad I don't have the energy to go at it again tomorrow. The walker is unusual for me as it has a crisp date "1930", usually my dates are worn off on walkers. The Barber is a 1912-D and in excellent shape. The big ring is stamped .925. The gold ring with the diamond is fake but, I did find a nice 24K gold ring last weekend. The six inch coil has really improved my finds in hunted out parks.I have to thank Bryce for that nice tip...

my girlfriend would slit my tires:surrender:
That's okay though cause about noon I told her I was going to my parents...then promptly vamoosed to the one of my "hunted out" sites to pull some more goodies...and man did I dig some deep keepers. I'll get them posted shortly.
By the way...GREAT finds buddy. L@@KS like that 6" coil is starting to click for you. I told you would love it. I don't use anything unless it works..and I don't recommend my buddies shell out their hard earned $$$$ unless I am 200% sure it will nab some deepies for them. I'll try and give you a call after while. I need to rinse off my goodies and post them first.

I managed to put in about another 4-5 hours over the weekend and if it were not for two wheat cents and 27 cents in clad, I would have got skunked? I was very tired and not as excited and tentitive as usual. I firmly believe you need to be in the right state of mind and excitement to find and pay attention to what the sounds are? Maybe that's just me? Anyway, I always do much better when I'm fresh and excited to listen intently with no distractions. Good hunting Crow-Duck.

Very Well Done! That is an Amazing Amount of Finds found in such a small area using that 6" Coil! Maybe a Coil I will have to check up on and give a test drive myself if someone I know gets one. All I can say is Congrats on all them Great Finds! Too many Goodies to just say what I like. There All Good! Continued Success, Good Luck and HH.:detecting:
