Some recent finds....

My buddy and I searched around an old 1910 house a couple days ago and I found two mystery coins.
Other than being the size of a penny, I figured they were either early wheat cents or possible IH cents.
After returning home, I started electrolysis on them and to my surprise they were indeed IH cents!
They are in very rough shape, and I was surprised to see any detail at all, but I was able to make out the date of both of them.
1905 and 1907.
The small pin was found at another site later that day along with some wheat pennies which are not shown.
Thanks for looking!

Next to a silver coin the Ihp is my favorite find. Haven't dug one this year though. Congrats on the Ihps, wheats and pin. Good day for sure. I've had wheat spills, most in one hole was 7 but its an IHP spill I'm still dreaming about. If you have the option to go back I would say change your direction and hit it again. Good luck.

We searched this site some years ago, but the area where these were found was overgrown at the time.
It has recently been cleared.
Not many targets here, but luckily very little trash either.
I have only found two silver coins here… a Mercury dime and a SL quarter.
I like finding IH’s too, but wish they held up better in the ground.
