Some sort of ammunition? Need ID

I found this near the San Jacinto River in Texas. Its small measuring less than a half an inch wide and a little over a quarter of an inch tall. Any ideas? There is sort of black projectile it looks like but I dont think its lead.

Not ammo...A Pulley fo some type maybe...pics are a bit fuzzy

I think that may be a type of "blank" round, like for a starters pistol.

Looks like either a blank starter pistol round or a primer (unfired) for a small artillery round..............

Cant tell for sure but i think it is the end off a fuse.
