I might go detecting Saturday;and that old athletic field right out behind my house is calling to me REAL LOUD:ninja:...THE PROBLEM???2 years ago;the new owner forbid me to go back in there detecting:(:nono::cry:I gave her my word;I wouldnt go back in there.Problem is:They are never around ,and it would be SO EASY to just slip in there;UN-NOTICED- and have at it.....BUT:That is something the TH'ers Code of Ethics frowns upon-If Im caught in there,it will make us ALL look bad....SO:As much as I want to,I wont do it.:(:|

Did it work? I knew you wouldn't do it! :)

Night vision goggles. Dark clothing. Camo. Shoe polish on anything shinny. Use headphones. Search quickly. Take a pit bull with you that does not bark, smarl, or show fangs unless someone it does not know approaches you. Wear a FBI overcoat. IF anyone does approach, tell them to back off you don't know what the dog might do - and that you are searching for evidence connected to an old murder case.

yep - that aught to work.

dirt. Juat joking. Seriously though you have to keep your word. Making friends with them somehow might be a good thing.

Doesn't make it any easier. Hey ya know I think most of us would love to have Mike from MI dirt patches LOL.

"A mans word is his honor" Think about it, You're being watched.

Warthog, I wouldn't worry about it! There are many other places to go and explore. This one you may have to put on the side for possible future use! A good treasure hunter always have about 3 or 4 sites ready to go or at least doing research on more that one site or clue at a time! It is not good to get in trouble for anything let alone this hobby! Being older and wiser there are a lot of things that I did when I was younger that no way I would do today! Anyway give it to the Lord And ask for Him to open doors! As the saying goes"The Lord works in mysterious ways!" One last thought make your enemy into your friend, so do things for them with no thought of reward. This can be food, offer to do the grass cutting for free, free maintenance work, etc.!......................WHO KNOWS............................LOVE IN CHRIST......................Joe
