The head of my Tesoro outlaw got dunked in water for about half a second. It didn’t have the battery in and i got all the water off right away and used compressed air to dry the insides. What do you guys think my chances of survival are? Im going to let it sit for a long time.

Use the wife's/girlfriend's blow drier and set in the sun.

Open the case and use an electrical spray cleaner on the board and air dry well. I've used mass air flow spray cleaner on sensitive electrical equipment before and it all turned out fine. This should disperse the water without leaving an oily residue all over.

Will be fine
I dropped my cellphone in a bucket of water one time while I was washing my car. It was completely soaked.....I took the battery out and took a hair dryer to it......after about 20 minutes it came back on without any problems.

A hair dryer & dry time is the best answer.----Let us know how it turns out.
