What if..Johnny Appleseed was a detectorist and in every hole he dug he planted an appleseed?
 
Actually that's not a bad idea. Depending upon where we detect, we could drop a few wild flower seeds in each hole that we dig. Or maybe tomatoes, melon, pickles, or spice? Just a thought.
 
With the world as it is might be an idea to plant veggies - though planting pretty flowers in a large open field would be very nice too
