I apologize for the Bible lesson being late today. I had appointments this morning and am suffering with a lot of pain today. Please continue to pray for healing. Thank you all.

Take care of yourself, Martin. That particular surgery is a rough one....no doubt about it. My dad didn't quite behave like he should have and now he is getting ready to have his surgery done again :( Fiber, Fiber, fiber and PLENTY of fluids.
