More blood

We checked into the doctor's office this morning for lab work and a visit with the doctor. Howard's blood levels were in the bottom range so he can very easily get an infection. He was given a blood transfusion and also platelets. Then he had to have a shot to help build up his white cells. We went through a similar thing yesterday. They called him in for a shot. He is beginning to feel like a pincushion. He will probably get another shot on Monday. Our social life is going to doctor's visits.

He is feeling better. Yesterday he was having some trouble breathing and feeling dizzy so the blood should take care of that. Wednesday when we checked in our granddaughter, Sarah, got us registered for an x-ray. It was nice to see her.

In prayer, as always. I know it has to be hard and exhausting to attend all those appointment when Poppy is so run down and sick.

Prayers for Poppy feeling better and well enough that he and you won't have all those visits to the dr. He is blessed to have you by his side and helping him to get to and from the dr and hospital! I helped my brother, Cliff, and if it had not been for me driving him back and forth, he would have died sooner, I'm sure! God provides for His own one way or the other! Thanks Pete for the update!
