Sovereign XS and meter

The meter will work. All coils are interchangeable with the Sovereigns. Every Sovereign user had their favorite model. A detector is worth what someone will pay for it. An older complete unit with rods and a good coil......300.00? I have seen the GT units sell for 500.00. The Equinox has knocked the prices down. After all I got used 600 for 500.00. Look at the battery system and battery door. It should offer the AA system. And the door should close properly. Don't be in a hurry. They come up for sale all the time. You can even post a WTB here.
I don't think the Equinox has effected the Sovereign prices at all, these are entirely two different types of detectors. The low prices on Sovereigns units usually have issues, rough condition or modified ( molested ) good clean Sovereign units still fetch good prices. HH Ron
