Sovergin meter never seen one like this

Any one out there know what kind of Sovereign meter this is i have never seen one like this.....Looks like some German writeing on the back.it has Actune on the back every thing else is in english. I think autune is German.
 
It's "achtung" and it means caution. I have never seen this meter. How do you know it is for a sovereign?
 
Well i think it is for a sovereign it is on a sovereign but it don't work... So could be it is not for a sovereign..
