SP24 vs. NEL Sharpshooter 9.5

I have the SP24 and like it a lot. Does anyone know what the difference here is? Worth purchasing now that I already have the SP24 or would the NEL have been a better option?

I have two simplex detectors the 2.68 has a Nel 9.5"x5.5" D.D.coil and works great the other is a 2.78 with the stock coil really enjoy both of them:)

5" sniper coil would be awesome to have, so 9.5x5.5 will have to do, is it pretty good in think brush for relics , hope I didn't hijack this thread but it'd close to what I wanted, thanks, HHHank

I'm pretty sure the Nel coils only work on earlier Simplex models, they don't work on the newer ones. Nokta Makro changed a code so that the Nels don't work. At least that was my experience and what I was told. I purchased 3 Nel coils and none of them would work.

Thanks. I did a quick check and nobody stocked them anyway. Maybe a result of the war in Ukraine (since they are manufactured there)?

You can find them on the east coast dealers and are made closer to the Poland border. No problem finding them :)
