I have been working an older ball field on and off this past year. The coin finds average depth is about 6-7in. and deeper. I have spent hours there and have found some nice silver quaters and dimes, a Buffalo, and many wheaties. I am sure there are more there, but I feel I just cannot reach them. I have tried different programs but lately (my past four trips) have come up empty. The recent finds were more of mixed signals, then pinpointing, and sometimes getting lucky. But with the hard Missouri soil, it's alot of work on a guess that may or may not pan out. If any of you use these type of detectors and have a deep program that does well, and don't mind sharing, please do. I am confident there is still more in that field waiting to be found. But then again, maybe not. Still want to try a bit more. HH to all.
