Hey Boo, Sunday afternoon, from approximately 6pm to midnight, was anything but enjoyable. After a large bowel movement, the internal hemorrhoids and surgical area produced so much pain, pressure, and agony that I had all I could do to bear it. After 2000mg of pain killers, it finally subsided and allowed a somewhat peaceful evening of rest. The surgeon tied off the hemorrhoids during surgery and I must wait for them to shrink, die, and fall off, which will take a few weeks to accomplish. So, after each bowel movement, I deal with the swelling of the hemorrhoids and pain from the surgical area. Not fun. It is by far the most painful experience I've ever had.
