Spring brings out the play in people.............

Fri. a man call me to go look at his dune buggy.What a mess,he wanted this guy to make it look and run good.He gave the fellow $500.00 to start on it.The guy drove it away from his house and three weeks letter he took it back to the owner on a trailer and didn't give the fellow his money back.That's what I call a PUNK.

Well some one told him about me and he called me to go look.Now this fellow is rich,and own a few business in the area.He told me money is no object all I want is a nice looking dune buggy.He want to give me $5000.00 to start,I told him I was going to buy the part and stuff I need and him pay me at the end.He said no way he didn't want me to use my money,So any how he gave me $800.00 to start.

Those buggies look like fun but i am a purist at heart when it comes to veedubs and i would much rather se them in one piece and or restored.
Do you ever restore VW's ?
I miss my bug TERRIBLY !!!!!
