Here it is Feb 1st and we in SW MI have had 7 days over 50 degrees already this year! You would think I live in Tennessee! If that ground hog sees his shadow tomorrow, he will be dinner tomorrow night!!!!!

Yes....I think slow-roasted on an open fire would do;with some baked potatoes,fried mushrooms;and a nice pasta salad-they all go well with groundhog........HEY!!!Anybody out there got an idea what wine is best with groundhog???
