Stavr Scoop Ordering?

I duno if I just ordered a Stavr scoop or not I did checkout entered my address but I didnt enter any info to pay for it. I opted to pay by bank. It said thank you your order will be shipped soon. Does anyone know what this is? Do I pay after I receive it or over phone or what?
 
They sent me an email I guess they are now out of stock on the Evroexcavator meh got to wait 1-2 weeks on one now.
