Boomers dad here-Not detecting,or M/C ridin yet,my back is still recuperating from old Mr. Sciatac nerve gettin all:ranting:................Dr. said to take it easy when I went to see him last Monday;"dont overdo it"......................:sadwalk:WELL,the next day,I went camping down at thatbeach club I try to hit every year..........B-I-G mistake!!!-Settin up my tent with a back full o'muscle spasms Is NOT the way to go~~-Very next day,I was back home.Dr. said it will take time for this to mend,"Bein that Im 55 now"..........Problem was,Im gettin back on the fitness trail after being released from comp(The old "carcass weight"is a "FEW" more Lbs.than before surgery),and I got into too much exercising too soon..........WORDS TO THE WISE:DONT over dp it-the old back muscles will :rant:if ya do....................
 
Well, I guess I can say I told yout not to overdo, also, but sometimes our minds don't respond before our ole cramping and painful muscles and nerves do! Sorry to hear and praying for your back, hips and legs to heal quickly.....but you must obey drs and (the elderly) :lol: May God Bless! :angel: Ma Betty
