Still enjoying my Anfibio Multi

Went to a couple of parks that I was no longer able to find coins at anymore with my old detector, and the Anfibio pulled out a few more. Detecting with my Anfibio is more of a challenge for me than my Explorer, but it is able to sniff a few old coins yet. I was a little disappointed in finding no silver, but still had fun finding three Indian cents, four wheats, and a buffalo nickel, along with the clad and some other odds and ends. Sorry, I don't know why the Indians decided to stand on their heads.

Nice finds! Are you using the stock coil or a concentric coil?

I use the stock coil most of the time. I do have the 7" concentric coil, and sometimes use it in areas that have lots of bottle caps, or is extremely trashy.
Although, yesterday I was hunting a park littered with lots of bottle caps. I discovered that most of them were 3-4" deep, so I simply ignored signals that were not deeper than 4".
That worked quite well for me. I like the extra coverage and depth the stock coil gives me. I wish there was an 11" concentric coil available for the Anfibio.
Most of the older coins I'm finding were simply undetectable by my former detector. It does take me longer to detect an area with the Anfibio, as I hunt in 4 tone and I am constantly checking the many sounds it picks up.
