been dying to hear that silver sound but I managed two nice buttons today along with a 1929 Buffalo yesterday

thanks, I got a decent pile of silver with the 705 XTerra but none with the ETrac yet ... getting the Eagle button cleaned up and it's just a plain shield with no letter. working on the back now
 
Says Waterbury Button CO on the back
 
I think your eagle button is a Civil War Uniform button. Put a pic of it on the Civil War forum. They will know. Nice Finds!!
