Went back to the River today, the construction on the docks and stares into the water is still under construction. It will be finished in time for the summer season. Today was like summer here in Fl. 80 air temp. and 72 water temp in the river.Just dive boots and swimsuit today, it was beautiful. Didn't find much but met some real interesting people from Germany and Switzerland. They were testing an Automobile that ran in the water and also went under water. I missed the underwater part but got there as it was driving out of the river. All electric, with water proof digital readout dash. Runs 4 hours on land before recharge. Once there Documentary comes out I will post the pics. I took. ( they made me promise not to post them on the net. till later) I will post pics. of the chase (SKIBOB) units they had to follow it up the river. They had waterproof digital readout for speed, water temp and time remaining on batteries, you can go to Skibob on line and watch a video of how they work. Looked like a James Bond movie, with entire film crew. All in all a nice day.

...really looks inviting! Can't wait for better weather here. Those scooters are nice too. At the dive shop this week-end I saw a smaller version for $300.00 new. It's a one-prop deal but I thought it would come in handy for fanning. Hmmmm

I found a bunch of clad; a bunch more pull tabs and a slew of sinkers. The lake is down 5 feet and no detector has been on this bottom in probably ten years. It's near a camping area and cliff site, but no public swimming; just red-neck swimming off the cliffs.
I had a ball with the water being like glass and temps in the 70's. I didn't find enough to write home about nor to post here, but I almost made gas money.

Keep on truckin' bud. You're bound to strike the loot soon as much traffic as you all have down there.
